By the end of the night, we couldn’t bring ourselves to make a decision and ended up booking a place that looked “good enough,” to avoid the risk of spending money on a luxury hotel in Paros that wasn’t worth it.
But on our trip, we were diligent to stop by and visit a few potential spots for our next trip 🙂
We’ve also gathered a wealth of information from people who’ve stayed in high-end hotels around the island in our private Facebook Group, which is full of individuals who’ve recently traveled to Paros.

Top Luxury Villas in Naoussa
Senia Hotel
9.2/10 ⭐ – 546 reviews (see more)
Senia Hotel strikes a rare balance. It’s perched just above Piperi Beach (just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Naoussa), so you’re close to restaurants, shopping, and the harbor, yet it’s still quiet enough to feel peaceful each evening.
The standout here is the main infinity pool. It’s heated year-round to 27°C, has panoramic sunset views over the Naoussa harbor, and 5-star poolside service that makes it really hard to leave. There’s also a second adults-only pool in the garden!
It’s the kind of place that works for couples, families, or small groups. The Room styles vary quite a bit, but many come with private hot tubs, plunge pools, or sea-view balconies. We’d recommend upgrading if possible, because the larger rooms feel more spacious and comfortable, and the beds are known for being extra comfy.
Breakfast is a highlight. It’s a full buffet with local fruit, pastries, yogurt, and a few rotating hot dishes. Plus, you can sit outside and enjoy it with a view and a morning cappuccino.
Paros Cape Suites
9.2/10 ⭐ – 149 reviews (see more)
If you’re looking for a quiet stay near Naoussa without being stuck in the middle of the chaos, Paros Cape Suites hits that sweet spot. It’s on the peninsula between the main harbor and Agioi Anargyroi, and this was our FAVORITE area to stay in Naoussa.
The restaurants and shops are a short walk away, and this villa is right on the edge with a 180º view of the sea.
The rooms are clean and modern, with big windows, sea views (from most), and spacious layouts.
We recommend the Superior Suite, which features a private plunge pool and a stunning water view. It’s worth the upgrade, but not every single one has the view in the photo above, so make a request for an unobstructed view when you book!
Complimentary breakfast is a casual, buffet-style with a nice variety, and most rooms have a free espresso machine for you to use. Also, all of the staff we’ve met go above and beyond, whether they’re offering local beach tips or helping us line up a rental car. They’re goal is to make your stay as stress-free as possible.
Cosme Luxury Resort
10/10 ⭐ – 7 reviews (see more)
Cosme Luxury Resort is one of the most luxurious hotels on the island — and it shows.
The resort is part of Marriott’s Luxury Collection, which is known for having an ultra-polished, boutique feel that’s designed for people looking to splurge on a five-star hotel.
Like Paros Cape Suites, it’s about 10 minutes outside Naoussa. The difference is that Cosme is literally right across the road from its own private section of Agioi Anargyroi Beach. So, you have quick access to the beach AND all the amenities of a proper resort, including two restaurants, a chic bar, and a pool that overlooks the sea.
The rooms here are suite-style, with king beds, plush seating, and private terraces (some with sea views, others with plunge pools), and everything from the breakfast spread to the spa treatments feels high-class.
The vibe is a little more reserved than other spots in Naoussa, but that’s the point. Cosme is where you go to slow down. That said, you’re still within walking distance of beach bars and tavernas, so you don’t have to choose between luxury and location. You get both.
Paros Cove
9.3/10 ⭐ – 219 reviews (see more)
Cove Paros is up on the hill above Agioi Anargyroi Beach, with a property that extends all the way down to the beach, making it the slightly cheaper next-door neighbor to Cosme.
The luxury resort excels at blending boutique-level service with laid-back elegance, featuring low-profile furniture, polished concrete floors, and muted, earthy tones throughout the rooms and shared spaces.
On the beach, Cove Paros has sun loungers set up for guests, as well as a sleek pool area, and from either location you can easily order drinks and food straight to your chair from the onsite fine-dining restaurant, RADA.
The Signature Suites are the best option, as they offer the closest proximity to the water, extra space, and stunning views, but they’re also the most expensive.
However, even the entry-level rooms provide access to all the same facilities and come with thoughtful touches, such as espresso machines, robes, and private outdoor seating areas.
Kosmitis Suites and Villas
9.7/10 ⭐ – 113 reviews (see more)
Kosmitis Suites & Villas is another property overlooking Agioi Anargyroi Beach (you may be noticing a trend by now — yes, 80-90% of the most luxurious villas in Naoussa are in and around this beach).
This resort is significantly less flashy than the others in the area, though. It leans harder into a chic, boho feel with wood accents, stone textures, and neutral color palettes. All the rooms have a full kitchen, an impressive outdoor space, and several suites come with private plunge pools or large terraces.
Breakfast is complimentary, freshly prepared, and served by the pool or on your own terrace each morning.
It’s a particularly good fit for honeymoons, couples, and small groups who want something stylish but can’t quite afford an ultra-high-end resort.
Avant Mar
8.6/10 ⭐ – 73 reviews (see more)
Avant Mar Resort is one of the newest luxury hotels on Paros, set just above Piperi Beach and a 5-minute walk from Naoussa.
The hotel stretches from the main road down to its own beachfront, and that layout makes it easy to move between the sea, the pool, and the two onsite restaurants (Greek and Japanese). The pool area is shaded by palms and feels like a proper resort place, with food and drinks delivered straight to your lounger.
As expected of a luxury boutique in Naoussa, the higher-end suites come with a private pool and a view.
This is probably the best place to come if you don’t want an ‘all-inclusive’ 5-star experience without needing to leave the room. Every guest gets a WhatsApp concierge, daily yoga classes, complimentary bikes, beach access with loungers, and reading nooks around the property.
Bohemian Luxury Boutique Hotel
9.2/10 ⭐ – 292 reviews (see more)
Out of all the luxury villas we included from Naoussa, the Bohemian Luxury Boutique Hotel is the furthest from the beach. However, its unique atmosphere and access to premier restaurants and shopping in Naoussa make the location still feel like a 10/10.
It’s actually close to one of our favorite fine-dining restaurants in Naoussa — Daverona.
The adults-only stay, which balances island elegance with a laid-back, creative atmosphere, almost reminds us of our time living in Bali.
Many rooms come with their own outdoor sitting areas, easy access to the hotel’s pool/poolside bar, and views over the town and out to Naoussa Bay, extending all the way to Monastiri Beach.
Top Luxury Villas in Parikia
Olithos Villas
9.7/10 ⭐ – 41 reviews (see more)
Olithos Villas is a peaceful, high-end retreat above Parikia. It feels secluded and quiet, but you’re only a 5-minute drive from the port and town center, so it’s easy to pop in for dinner or a beach day.
The villas here are definitely set up for longer stays. Each one has a full kitchen, washer, large windows, and plenty of thoughtful extras, including yoga mats, pantry basics, excellent Wi-Fi, and ridiculously comfortable beds.
There’s a shared infinity pool with panoramic views, but most villas also feature private terraces that feel secluded due to the property’s layout.
Even when the complex is fully booked, it still feels private.
Additionally, while all the luxury hotels on this list offer excellent service, Elena and Ioanna go above and beyond at Olithos Villas. They offer local tips, welcome you with homemade bread or desserts, and make you feel like a friend rather than a guest.
Paros Palace
9.3/10 ⭐ – 382 reviews (see more)
Paros Palace is a luxury boutique hotel with a huge outdoor pool overlooking Parikia Bay. It’s located on the main street leading out of Parikia towards Naoussa, but it’s still within walking distance of town and Parikia Beach (they also have a free on-demand shuttle available for all guests).
This is one of the most affordable luxury hotels in Paros. Yet, it still offers all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel, including complimentary breakfast, a stunning pool with a view, and a poolside restaurant/bar.
Depending on the room you book, you could also end up with a private spa bath on your balcony (Suite with a Spa Bath) or a private rooftop pool above your suite (Premium Suite).
It’s not quite as kid-friendly as some of the island’s other resorts around Naoussa, but for couples or small groups looking for a relaxing base with great views, this one checks all the boxes!
Villas on the East Coast
Calme Boutique Hotel – Chrisi Akti
9.4/10 ⭐ – 124 reviews (see more)
Calme Boutique Hotel is a quiet, adults-only escape near Golden Beach, and easily one of the top luxury stays on Paros if you’re looking for something outside of the main towns (Parikia & Naoussa).
Set into the hillside and built entirely from local stone, the resort feels intimate and low-key, but still comes with all the high-end perks you’d expect.
It’s not a beachfront property, but if you rent a car, you can reach Golden Beach (our favorite in Paros) in under 5 minutes.
You also have the onsite restaurant serving complimentary breakfast, room service, free mountain bike rentals, airport transfers, shuttle services to the beach, sunbeds on the beach, live piano performances every Monday, in-room massages, and even yacht rentals (upon request).
If you’re looking for a romantic, adults-only stay with a view and easy access to the beach, this is it.
Poseidon of Paros – Chrisi Akti
9.0/10 ⭐ – 280 reviews (see more)
Set right on the north side of Golden Beach, Poseidon of Paros is one of the island’s most well-known resort-style stays.
While the atmosphere is relaxed, Poseidon leans more towards a resort than a boutique, and not all rooms are equally updated, so it’s worth checking which type you’re booking.
The hotel is just a short walk from Golden Beach (though they don’t have their own loungers on the sand), and it’s close to Piso Livadi and Drios if you want to explore a few local tavernas.
Rooms vary in layout and age (some are newer than others), but all are clean, spacious, and have balconies or terraces.
Across the property, you’ll find two pools, a tennis court, a full-service restaurant (Triton) that handles everything from the generous breakfast buffet to sunset dinners, and a pool bar for drinks and snacks throughout the day.
There’s also a small chapel onsite that makes it popular as a venue for weddings and events!
Parocks Luxury Hotel & Spa – Ampelas
9.5/10 ⭐ – 255 reviews (see more)
PAROCKS Luxury Hotel & Spa is a peaceful alternative to the busier resorts around Naoussa. It’s on Ambelas Beach, which is a relatively unknown beach about 10 minutes east.
Most suites come with private terraces, plunge pools, or outdoor jacuzzis, and even the smallest rooms feel high-end thanks to details like Diptyque toiletries, turndown chocolates, and plush robes.
The onsite restaurant serves Mediterranean dishes with a creative twist, and the breakfast is excellent (a mix of local fruit, fresh pastries, and made-to-order plates, with options for plant-based and gluten-free diets). The spa is also incredible here, with an indoor pool, steam room, and full menu of treatments.
This isn’t a beachfront hotel in the traditional sense, but there is a small private beach area just across the road. Most guests spend time at the main infinity pool instead.
For couples and honeymooners seeking privacy, stunning views, and design-forward luxury just outside town, PAROCKS is a great choice. Just be aware that a few of the entry-level rooms are small for the price, so it’s worth checking room specs before booking.
Summer Senses Luxury Resort – Piso Livadi
9.2/10 ⭐ – 242 reviews (see more)
Summer Senses Resort is one of the most comprehensive resorts in Paros, and it’s our favorite luxury accommodation in Piso Livadi.
The resort has three pools, a spa, and two restaurants, all within walking distance of Punda Beach, and even though it’s a large property, it still feels relaxing.
Like most of the resorts on this list, you can book a room with a private plunge pool or spa bath (if you can’t tell, we love a private pool).
Another cool part about this resort is that their onsite restaurant, Galazia Hytra, is unbelievable. A Michelin-starred team runs it from Athens, and people come all the way to Piso Livadi to eat here!
This resort is in a quiet part of the island, which is great if you’re looking to relax.
A few guests have noted that food and drink prices are steep, and the vibe at Punda Beach nearby might not suit everyone, but if you have a rental car, then we actually think it’s the perfect location to enjoy staying in a local seaside town and exploring the rest of the island!
More Luxury Resorts in Paros
Kouros Blanc Resort & Suites – Pounta
9.1/10 ⭐ – 178 reviews (see more)
Kouros Blanc is a minimalist boutique resort with just 38 rooms and a huge property with winding trails throughout, an onsite restaurant (Tiger Moth) serving Mediterranean dishes, and a great poolside bar (Blanc Bar) where you can get a pre-dinner drink.
The luxury suite is the best room at the resort (pictured above) and has its own plunge pool with a sea-view terrace.
There are a few trade-offs to be aware of, though.
For instance, the location is not the most convenient. It’s close to the Pounta Port, where you can catch the ferry or take a boat tour to Antiparos, but it’s roughly 20–25 minutes by car from Naoussa or Parikia, so you’ll want your own vehicle to get around the island. But if you don’t mind being a little farther off the grid, then this is a great luxury hotel to choose!
Acron Villa – Kolymbithres Beach
9.2/10 ⭐ – 125 reviews (see more)
Acron Villas is a romantic hillside retreat just above Kolymbithres Beach. With panoramic views across Naoussa Bay, this gated estate of 24 private villas feels peaceful, exclusive, and totally removed from the island’s busier spots.
Each villa has 2 to 5 bedrooms, which makes this a perfect choice for families or groups of friends traveling together. The design leans elegant and earthy—stone walls, neutral tones, soft textures—and every villa comes with a private pool, full kitchen, and spacious indoor-outdoor living areas.
While the setup gives you a lot of independence, the service is still top-notch. Daily housekeeping is included, and the concierge team can assist with arranging transfers, private chefs, or even sunset boat trips.
If you’re looking for a high-end villa stay that combines space, privacy, and incredible views, Acron Villas is one of the best options on Paros.
Paros Afrodite Luxury Villas – Aliki
9.6/10 ⭐ – 28 reviews (see more)
Afrodite Luxury Villas is where I’d go to unwind and disappear for a while. These private villas sit on the hillside above Aliki on the southwest coast of Paros, with beautiful views of the sea and a peaceful atmosphere.
Each villa is well-equipped, with full kitchens, private pools, and big terraces that are ideal for families or couples who want space and privacy.
You’re still close to the town’s beach, tavernas, and waterfront, but Aliki is a relatively chill area of Paros.
If you’re looking for a low-key, private base in Paros with killer views, this place nails it.
White Dunes Luxury Boutique Hotel – Santa Maria
9.4 ⭐ – 117 reviews (see more)
White Dunes Luxury Boutique is a beachfront hotel right next to Santa Maria Beach, offering some of the most exclusive suites outside of Naoussa or Parikia.
The boutique resort is just a 5-minute walk from Santa Maria Beach and has its own fine-dining restaurant (Thallos), so you don’t have to drive into town every night for dinner!
Every suite comes with a balcony or terrace facing the sea, so you’ll wake up to views of the ocean no matter which suite you book, and all guests have full access to the pool area, sun loungers, and poolside Aegean views no matter what.
If you’re after something extra special, the Exclusive Suite is the way to go. It’s got its own private plunge pool, making it perfect if you’re celebrating a honeymoon or birthday or just want that extra bit of luxury.
