While it’s not always possible with last-minute trips or within our travel budget, we always try to stay at a beachfront hotel anytime we visit Paros.

It’s literally the very first filter we put into any hotel site when planning our trip.

Because it makes SUCH a huge difference waking up to a view of the Aegean Sea, I’m also a sucker for early-morning swims, and it’s just a hassle to drive 10 minutes to the beach!

So, after looking through hundreds of beachfront hotels across the island, these are the beachfront villas, hotels, and resorts that truly stand out above the rest.

Every single one is in a prime location for accessing the shoreline, is known for its great service, and offers more amenities than similar options in the area.

These spots are well worth it, but they’re certainly not a secret, so if you’re booking last-minute, there’s a good chance the rooms are already full.

It’s another great spot to spend a few nights (minimum requirement of 3 nights) if you want to be right on the water while still within walking distance of the village’s tavernas and cafés.

The cool part is that it still feels private. There’s even a small, private sunbathing area on the shoreline with sun loungers looking out over the water, as well as a beautiful Mediterranean-style courtyard.

If you’re looking for the best views, book the Deluxe Suite with Sea View, which comes with a private balcony and lots of space to make you feel right at home.

Petalides Apartments

Location – Marcello Beach (Krios Beach)

Petalides Apartments is a gorgeous hotel in the most secluded part of Krios Beach.

You can literally jump into the ocean from your balcony (obviously don’t… but you could). It’s far enough away from Krios Lounge and Crios Beach Bar & Restaurant that you’ll have peace lying out in front of the hotel, but you can walk to the more popular part of the beach if you want to rent a sunbed or be in a more lively atmosphere!

The apartments are simple yet comfortable, featuring large windows that let in ample natural light. For the best experience, opt for their Studio with a Sea View. It’s very affordable for the location, and waking up to the sight of the Aegean is well worth it.

The only downside is that there’s no on-site restaurant, so you’ll need to head into town or walk down the beach for food!

Avent Mar

Avent Mar is an incredible 5-star hotel right on the shores of Piperi Beach.

The stylish hotel admittedly has a pretty high price tag, but if you want a luxurious hotel where you can wake up and walk straight onto the beach, this is it.

It’s also more convenient than any other beachfront hotel in Paros because if you stay on Piperi Beach, you’re less than a 5-minute walk from all the best restaurants, shopping streets, and nightlife in Naoussa!

The rooms are as beautiful as you’d expect, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light, and all guests have access to the long, infinity pool lined with palm trees. Plus, if you book one of the more exclusive rooms (Executive Suite or Premium Suite), you have private pools within your suite and unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea!

Irene Hotel

It’s also set right along the waterfront in Parikia, giving you easy access to Livadia Beach while being surrounded by some of the most highly recommended places to eat in town and a quick walk from the public transportation and the ferry port.

Not all rooms have a sea view, so if waking up to a view of the water is important to you, book the Twin Room/Double Room with Sea View, which comes with a private balcony overlooking the water.

Parocks Luxury Hotel & Spa is an incredible place to stay right on Damuli Beach (a small shoreline just a short walk away from Ampelas Beach).

The secluded, high-end retreat in Ampelas is an excellent option for couples seeking a more upscale beachfront experience. The entire hotel is designed to blend with the natural surroundings, which makes it feel clean and modern. Then, each one of the (already large) suites comes with a private terrace overlooking the sea.

For the ultimate luxury stay, book the Signature Suite with Private Pool—it’s ideal for honeymooners or anyone who wants a little extra privacy. But any room you choose will feel ultra special.

Omilos Beachfront House is another relatively affordable beachfront villa at the edge of Marcello Beach.

It’s not RIGHT on the beach, but you can walk there in about 30 seconds. The only thing separating it from the shoreline is Crios Beach Bar and Restaurant. This section of Marcelle Beach is very quiet during the offseason and shoulder season. Still, once the summer crowds arrive in Paros, the two beach bars on either side of Omilos can get pretty lively (which may be precisely what you’re looking for!

However, inside the villa, all of the suites at Omilos have a minimalist and modern yet intimate design.

It’s very cool. We find that all the neutral tones and bamboo accents make it feel very clean, calm, and airy. , creating a calming, earthy feel.

Since it’s a more affordable boutique property, there aren’t many amenities, but the location makes up for it! You’ll be just steps from the water and can easily take a short boat taxi to Parikia for more dining and nightlife options.

Alkyon Hotel

Location – Livadia Beach

Alkyon Hotel is located on the outskirts of Parikia, just steps away from Livadia Beach.

This might not be the prettiest section of the Paros coast, but it’s definitely the most convenient beach to Parikia. You’ll also get complimentary breakfast served on the terrace with a view of the harbor and the sound of the waves every morning!

It’s one of the cheapest beachfront hotels in Paros, too!

The only downside is that not all rooms have a balcony. If this is an essential aspect for you, just select the Comfort Room or the Deluxe Room. These rooms do have a private balcony, so you’ll be able to watch the sunrise over the Aegean in peace each morning!

Play Paros

Location – Livadia Beach

Play Paros is yet another beachfront hotel in Paros, sitting right on the edge of Livadia Beach near Parikia. You can walk to town in about 10 minutes or walk to Marcello Beach in about 15 minutes, making it a great spot for people who are not renting a car in Paros.

There are a couple of rooms available. Our preferred option is their Standard Double Room, but this room doesn’t have a sea view. If you want to enjoy the view of the water from your balcony, you’ll need to book the ‘Double Room with Sea View.‘

Breakfast isn’t included, but several good restaurants in Parikia and surrounding the hotel serve delicious coffee and breakfast meals.

White Dunes Luxury Boutique Hotel

Location – Santa Maria Beach

Right next to Santa Maria Beach is another one of the island’s best beachfront hotels, the White Dunes Luxury Boutique Hotel. You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, and it’s only another 200 meters to get to either of the local beach clubs (Koom Bar & Santa Maria Beach Bar).

With just 12 exclusives, we love how intimate the resort feels while still being just 10 minutes from the heart of Naoussa.

Every suite comes with a private balcony or terrace overlooking the sea, so a great ocean view is pretty much guaranteed no matter which room you book. That said, there is one suite with a private pool — the Executive Suite—which is the premier room for honeymooners and those seeking a high-end experience.

Paros Bay Hotel

Location – Delfini Beach (Parasporos)

Just around the bay from Parasporos Beach is a smaller, more secluded cove called Delfini Beach. Delfini is a super chill, semi-private beach that’s honestly far from the prettiest of all the beaches in Paros, but its calm water makes it an excellent place to swim!

There’s only one restaurant (Magaya), a yoga studio, and a couple of accommodation options here, and the most impressive is the Paros Bay Hotel.

The hotel has one of the best sea views of any beachfront property in Paros, a large infinity pool, and an on-site restaurant and bar, so you can enjoy dinner and drinks by the water without leaving the property.

The rooms are simple but comfortable. For the best experience, get the Sea View Room with a Balcony.

Kalypso Hotel

Location – Agioi Anargyroi Beach

Kalypso Hotel is a family-owned accommodation option on the far left-hand side of Agioi Anargyroi Beach (the larger town beach in Naoussa)

While the shoreline is a bit rocky right in front of the hotel, you can walk less than 2 minutes down the coast to find sandy shores and lines of sunbeds to rent!

The beds are super comfy here, and although every room comes with complimentary breakfast, there’s a kitchenette for you to keep snacks and even cook in for a night if you’re tired of going out!

The downside is that many of the rooms, though cozy, feel a bit cramped. If you want extra space, go for the Superior Room with a Jacuzzi.

Soros Beach Club

Location – Soros Beach (Antiparos)

Of all the beachfront hotels across the bay in Antipartos, Soros Beach Hotel is the most well-known.

The boutique hotel sits right on one of the island’s best sandy stretches, about 15 minutes from Antiparos Port, which feels extremely remote from the rest of the island. That’s why it’s an excellent pick for travelers who want a quieter, off-the-beaten-path experience while still retaining access to familiar food, a beach bar, and sun loungers.

The rooms are surprisingly simple, but most of your time here will be spent outside the room, either relaxing at the hotel’s beach club or swimming in the calm, shallow waters just outside your door.

The hotel doesn’t open until late May, but if you visit during the last week of May or early June, you can take advantage of some great deals.

Villa on Faragas Beach

Location – Faragas Beach

If you’re traveling with a group and looking for a private beachfront villa experience, this Villa on Faragas Beach is the move.

Faragas Beach is a partially private beach on the south coast of Paros, near Aliki fishing village. This side of town is far less busy than the north coast, and most tourists don’t make it down to Faragas Beach – which is why staying here is hard to beat!

The villa offers direct beach access, a spacious terrace, and breathtaking panoramic sea views.

Plus, you get the entire home, which includes a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms (sleeps up to 7), and an outdoor dining area that’s perfect for long sunset meals!

Note: Since this is far from the most popular places in Paros, we’d highly recommend renting a car if you choose to stay at Faragas Beach.

Paros Comfy Suites

Location – Siparos Beach

Paros Comfy Suites is a luxury boutique hotel just outside Naoussa with 14 different suites available, and half of them have a private pool with a view of the sea!

It’s located right next to Siparos Beach, one of the most underrated beaches near Naoussa. There are some sunbeds along the shore right in front of the villas. This section of the beach is rocky and better suited for swimming. You’ll have to walk 2 minutes to get to the sandy part of Siparos Beach.

Everything has clean, modern finishes that look brand new, yet the rooms are still cozy. The best value of them all is the Deluxe Double Suite with Private Pool & Private Yard with Sea View.

No matter which room you choose, you’ll get access to free water sports (paddleboards, snorkeling gear), free bikes, and the onsite restaurant (Enjoy Paros).

Saint George Hotel

Location – Moles Beach

If being right on the beach is your top priority in Paros, the Saint George Hotel is an incredible place to stay near our favorite beach in all of Paros.

Well–close. Our favorite beach on the island is Golden Beach, and this hotel is actually on New Golden Beach, just a quick stroll away.

Saint George Hotel offers unbeatable ocean views, and you’ll have immediate beach access to soft golden sand, sunbeds, and watersports. The room’s interior effectively captures the island vibe, reminding you that you’re right next to the beach, even without stepping onto the balcony.

The hard part about staying here is that you are about a 20-minute drive from the busier towns of Parikia and Naoussa. This can feel inconvenient at times, especially if you don’t rent your own vehicle.

For the price, this is probably the best-value beachfront hotel in Paros.

Final Thoughts

For all the different beaches in Paros, beachfront hotels can be a little hard to come by. Most of them still require a few minutes walk to the beach.

This is very different from the plethora of beachfront hotels we’ve found across the sea in Naxos!

However, there are still a few quality options, and most of them exceed expectations in terms of service, quality amenities, and ocean views from the beachfront Villa.

Ultimately, the biggest factor in choosing the right spot for you is the area of Paros you want to stay in. Play Paros is the best beachfront option near Parikia, Paros Comfy Suites is the best option if you want to be close to Naoussa, and Parocks Luxury Hotel & Spa is the best ‘secluded’ beachfront hotel!
