A luxurious poolside lounge area with a floating sunbed at Stelia Mare Boutique Hotel, with tropical plants, and warm ambient lighting. A white hanging chair and soft furnishings create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.

21 Best Boutique Hotels in Paros (For Every Budget)

Paros is one of the trendiest islands to visit in Greece, thanks to its whitewashed villages, stunning beaches, excellent food, and just the right amount of nightlife.

If you’re looking for a classic Greek Island experience, Paros gives you exactly what you’re looking for, but without the chaos and inflated prices you find on Mykonos or the over-tourism of Santorini.

One of those aspects that makes it a quintessential Greek experience is the abundance of cute boutique hotels in Paros.

They’re scattered all across the island, from Naoussa to Parikia and Piso Livadi — and each town has options ranging from luxury seaside suites with a private pool to quiet villas on the hillside!

But with boutique villas and studios being so popular on the island, there are also a handful of places that will leave you a bit disappointed for the price.

So, after spending about a month in Paros (and staying in several boutique hotels ourselves), we’ve pulled together a list of places actually worth staying — from great budget-friendly studios in Parikia to full-on luxury villas on the beach.

No matter what style of travel you are, there’s a place to stay on the list that will feel just right!

Feel Overwhelmed by The options?

If skimming through 20+ hotels feels overwhelming, or you really want to know which boutique hotels we would choose (given that all of them were still available), here’s a quick look at our favorite spots, depending on your budget.

Budget-friendly: Alkyon Hotel – Right on Livadia Beach near Parikia with modern, colorful rooms, a rooftop terrace, a pool, and easy beach and town access.

Mid-Range: Stelia Mare Boutique Hotel – Offers elegant rooms steps from Agioi Anargyroi Beach, a beautiful pool area with a hot tub and steam room, and easy access to restaurants—all with a daily buffet breakfast included.

Luxury Boutique: Acron Villa – A collection of private, high-end villas above Kolymbithres Beach, each with stunning sea views, a private pool, and spacious interiors (big enough for large groups or families).

Affordable Boutique Villas

You will notice that some of the more affordable boutique hotels in Paros are in Parikia.

We love Parikia, and typically stay here because there are some excellent places to eat, and it’s close to the ferry port (where you can go on a day trip to Antiparos or Naxos). But it is the ‘commercial’ area, and the beaches aren’t as nice as those on the east coast.

Naoussa, Piso Livadi, Drios, and other beach towns are more touristy, so naturally, that’s where you’ll find the more luxurious options.

Sandom Hotel

Location: Parikia
User Ratings: 9.8 ⭐ (53 reviews)

A luxurious indoor pool area at Sandom Hotel with two modern beige lounge chairs, each with a folded navy towel on top. A small table between the loungers holds drinks and decor. In the background, an open shelving unit with wooden panels adds a stylish touch, while a large potted plant with yellow and green foliage

Sandom Hotel is a one-of-a-kind “holistic” hotel in Paros. The hotel includes two lifestyle floors with an indoor pool, hot tub, and complete fitness center (with a personal trainer available upon request).

That’s what really sets Sandom apart, but we also love the minimalist aesthetic in each room and how every room is unique. They also give each guest a welcome gift upon arrival, along with some treats from their ‘local goods corner.’

Sandom is also in an ideal location, right outside the main square of Parikia. This can make parking a little challenging if you’re renting a car, but it’s great to walk to the town center and Livadia Beach in less than 5 minutes!

Paros Palace

Location: Parikia
User Ratings: 9.6 ⭐ (253 reviews)

A bright and airy room at Paros Palace featuring a mix of modern and rustic design, with a stone accent wall and white wooden ceiling beams. The room includes a white bed with plush pillows, a wooden-framed mirror, a beige cushioned bench with white armrests, and a wall-mounted TV. A large window offers a stunning view of the hilly landscape, blue sky, and sea in the distance

Another charming place to stay in Paros is Paros Palace.

Most of their villas are more luxurious, with multiple rooms, private jacuzzis, and rooftop pools.

However, we were surprised to see this luxury boutique hotel offering a few rooms that cater to people on a slightly lower budget who still want to stay somewhere with a private balcony and a view of the sea. There’s a huge outdoor pool overlooking Parikia Bay!

The tradeoff is that it’s about a 15-minute walk from the town center, but this can actually be a positive spin if you’re hoping for a more peaceful place to stay near Parikia (especially since they offer free parking for rental cars and a restaurant on-site).

Akrotiri Hotel

Location: Parikia
User Ratings: 9.3 ⭐ (945 reviews)

A scenic balcony view from Akrotiri Hotel overlooking the deep blue sea and rolling green hills of Paros, Greece. Two white chairs and a small table with a chilled bottle of wine and two glasses. The stone-accented balcony floor and traditional white-washed architecture enhance the Mediterranean charm, framed by soft blue door shutters.

Technically, the Akrotiri Hotel is in Krotiri (near Marcello Beach), just across the bay from Parikia.

However, it’s easy to get to town with public transportation, and being on this side of the harbor offers some of the best panoramic views around the island! Since Parikia doesn’t have a proper town beach, you’ll appreciate having the beach right there, too (just a 5-minute walk away).

Every room has a private balcony with either sea or garden views, and multiple room types are available to fit different budgets and types of travelers—whether you’re traveling solo or with your family.

People also rave about the quality of the breakfast (cooked fresh each morning) and the level of hospitality provided by the local owners.

Pnoi Hotel

Location: Piso Livadi
User Ratings: 9.0 ⭐ (366 reviews)

Pnoi Hotel complex with white Mediterranean-style buildings, surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. The central courtyard features a large swimming pool with sun loungers, creating a relaxing vacation setting

Pnoi Hotel is a stylish villa in Logaras, Paros, just outside of Piso Livadi.

You can walk to the beach in under 5 minutes, but the real perk of staying here is the outdoor pool area, which is tucked away from the surrounding streets and has a handful of loungers, cabanas, and a poolside restaurant/bar.

There’s also a mix of room types here. You have standard double rooms (which still have a view of the ocean) for people on a tighter budget, but also more luxurious rooms like the Junior Suite or the Family Room, which have multiple sofa beds, private balconies, and a fancier aesthetic.

A complimentary Greek-style breakfast buffet is served daily, and all guests receive complimentary transfers from Paros Airport.

Fivos Apartments

Location: Aliki
User Ratings: 8.4 ⭐ (129 reviews)

A bright and minimalist hotel reception area at Fivos Apartments with white walls and tiled flooring. A wooden front desk, blue entrance door, and striped lounge seating give the space a simple yet welcoming atmosphere.

Fivos Apartments is the best local hotel in Aliki. It’s close to Agios Nikolaos Beach and just 500 meters from the center of the fishing village.

The apartments are all pretty basic, but a couple of styles are available, including studio, one-bedroom, and 2-bedrooms apartments. These apartments also have access to the rooftop terraces, which are an awesome spot to watch the sunset!

The real selling point is that they all come with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, convection oven, and George Forman grill). We usually cook at least one meal a day while traveling, so we’re always excited to find a villa with a full kitchen that’s also affordable!

Alkyon Hotel

Location: Parikia
User Ratings: 8.8 ⭐ (783 reviews)

A waterfront terrace at Alkyon Hotel with a stunning evening view of the calm sea and boats. Stone archways, candle-lit tables, and soft blue lighting create a peaceful dining experience by the water.

Alkyon Hotel is a boutique stay located right on Livadia Beach in Parikia. Although it’s still a 10-minute walk from the town center, the stroll along the harbor is beautiful and makes it feel shorter. Additionally, there are several restaurants and grocery stores located near Livadia Beach.

All 18 rooms here have sea views, so you’ll be able to get a glimpse of the Aegean Sea no matter which one you book. However, only certain rooms have a private balcony, so you’ll need to double-check whether you are booking the Comfort Room or the Deluxe Room if that’s a deal breaker for you!

One of the best parts of staying here is the complimentary breakfast on the terrace. Each morning, the waves are literally steps away, and it’s a great way to start the day.

Play Paros

Location: Parikia
User Ratings: 9.0 ⭐ (219 reviews)

A room at Play Hotel in Paros with a sleek blue-and-white color scheme, featuring a neatly made bed, a stylish open wardrobe with colorful clothes hanging, and a mounted flat-screen TV. A bathroom with a large mirror is visible in the background.

Play Paros is the epitome of a boutique hotel. The rooms are incredibly aesthetic, modern, colorful, and blend the vibes of Cycladic architecture and surf culture.

It’s right on Livadia Beach (outside of Parikia), meaning you’ll have access to the beach and several local shops and restaurants nearby. There’s a rooftop terrace and a pool on-site, and you can always walk 8 minutes into Parikia town center if you want even more options!

One thing you should know about Play Paros is that the most expensive room isn’t necessarily the best. In our opinion, the most aesthetically pleasing room is the Standard Double Room (pictured above), which is one of the more affordable options available.

Pavlos Place

Location: Antiparos
User Ratings: 9.2 ⭐ (107 reviews)

A sunlit balcony with a table and chairs at Pavlos Place in Paros, set up for an al fresco breakfast with fruit and coffee cups. White-washed buildings and a bright blue sky in the background create a classic Greek island atmosphere.

Looking for a fun boutique hotel in Antiparos? Pavlos Place is one of the most charming places in which you can stay.

It’s a little family-run hotel in Antiparos Town, just a 5-minute walk from the port and 200 meters from Psaraliki Beach. This prime location means you can walk anywhere you need to without needing to hire any additional public transportation in Antiparos.

You’ll be close to both the beach and the main street.

The hotel offers a variety of rooms to accommodate different groups, including double, triple, and quad rooms throughout the property. You can also choose between single or double beds in any of the suites.

Additionally, the traditional Greek restaurant on-site is actually one of the most popular places to eat in town, with tons of homemade Greek dishes like moussaka, dolmades, and zucchini fritters.

Kouros Village

Location: Antiparos
User Ratings: 9.3 ⭐ (156 reviews)

A modern, airy studio apartment at Kouros Village with an open-plan layout, featuring a kitchenette, a bed, and a private balcony overlooking the sea. The neutral decor, natural light, and minimalist furnishings create a tranquil and inviting space.

Kouros Village is a boutique hotel right on the waterfront in Antiparos. It’s located in a quiet spot at the end of the harbor, just a short walk from the town’s shops, cafes, and tavernas.

There’s a mix of room types here, from cozy doubles to spacious suites and apartments. Many units offer views of the sea/pool, and the design seamlessly blends classic Cycladic architecture with a modern, Scandinavian-inspired style.

We would probably book the King Room with a Balcony, as it seems reasonably priced, has the most glowing reviews, and has a larger balcony than the rest. Ultimately, you can’t go wrong, though!

Mid-Range Boutique Villas

Fotilia Hotel

Location: Naoussa
User Ratings: 9.4 ⭐ (514 reviews)

A charming Mediterranean-style hotel with whitewashed buildings, stone accents, and vibrant blue doors and railings, surrounded by lush greenery and bougainvillea. A crystal-clear swimming pool sits at the center, with sun loungers and potted plants adding to the serene atmosphere.

Another relatively affordable spot to book in Paros is the Fotilia Hotel.

It’s a cozy boutique in Naoussa just 5 minutes from the harbor, and the coolest part of the hotel is an 18th-century windmill on the property that’s been converted into a 3-story villa (called the ‘Windmill Suite’)! It’s by far the most popular suite on the property, so you’ll need to book a couple of months in advance to secure it.

Guests also love that the outdoor pool area is tucked away from the surrounding streets/villas, a free Greek-style breakfast buffet is served daily, and free transfers from the Paros Airport!

High Mill Hotel

Location: Parikia
User Ratings: 8.2 ⭐ (438 reviews)

A scenic outdoor pool area with a curved swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. Lush trees frame the stunning view of the blue Aegean Sea and distant hills.

High Mill Hotel is situated on a hillside, approximately 1 kilometer from Parikia, offering a peaceful atmosphere and excellent, unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea from the pool area.

The hotel features 34 fully renovated rooms, each with a private balcony overlooking the water. They all have the same layout; the only difference when upgrading to ‘superior’ is an additional 20 sq. feet. So we would save money and stick with the Standard Double Room. It’s also worth noting that only one room can accommodate 3+ people, so it’s not the best option for families in Paros.

We also love High Mill Hotel’s proximity to the airport and Pounta Port (where you can catch a quick ferry to Antiparos).

Cleopatra Seaside Homes

Location: Piso Livadi
User Ratings: 8.6 ⭐ (237 reviews)

A picturesque terrace at Cleopatra Seaside Homes with white-washed walls and blue shutters, featuring a wooden table and chairs overlooking the deep blue Aegean Sea

If you’re seeking a relaxed retreat in Piso Livadi without spending a fortune, Cleopatra Seaside Homes is a solid option. It’s another quaint boutique hotel in Piso Livadi, just 50 meters from Logaras Beach.

This village is known as the spot for ‘honeymooners’ in Paros, and this hotel definitely fits that reputation. It is one of the best places to stay for a romantic trip. Every island-style cottage is themed after a different Greek God and has a private sun terrace on which to relax.

In our opinion, the Aphrodite Apartment is the best option for couples, but a family looking for two bedrooms would probably find the Dionysus Apartment the most appealing.

Saint George Hotel

Location: Golden Beach (Chrisi Akti)
User Ratings: 8.9 ⭐ (390 reviews)

A bright and airy beachfront hotel room with a neatly made bed, a flat-screen TV, and a wooden desk. The open balcony door reveals a stunning sea view with blue waters and a clear sky.

Saint George Hotel is a cozy spot right on the water, just down the coast from Golden Beach (a.k.a. Chrisi Akti). This is about as far as you can get from the main towns of Parikia and Naoussa, but still just 20 minutes by car, and it’s the best proper beach in all of Paros.

All of the rooms at this boutique hotel feel intentionally designed, with a minimalist yet warm aesthetic, with soft fabrics, light wood accents, and a calming color palette of blues, beiges, and whites. It feels a lot more like a home than a hotel, which we love.

The other thing we love about Saint George is its bathrooms – they’re the nicest of anywhere you’ll stay in Paros at this price range. Each unit also includes a kitchen, air conditioning, and a private sun terrace (most with an ocean view)!

Luxury Boutique Villas

Stelia Mare Boutique Hotel

Location: Naoussa
User Ratings: 9.4 ⭐ (204 reviews)

A luxurious poolside lounge area with a floating sunbed at Stelia Mare Boutique Hotel, with tropical plants, and warm ambient lighting. A white hanging chair and soft furnishings create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.

Stelia Mare Boutique Hotel is probably the most luxurious hotel that we could still slot into a ‘mid-range’ price point, and it does get quite pricey if you’re traveling toward the middle of the summer.

The hotel is in Naoussa, right next to Agioi Anargyroi Beach. This means you won’t necessarily hear all the noise from Paros’ nightlife, but you’ll be able to walk to the best restaurants and bars in 5 minutes.

They also have arguably the most beautiful pool areas in Naoussa, with a stunning pool, hot tub, steam room, and fitness center right next to it!

As for the rooms, Stelia Mare offers 15 elegant rooms/suites that blend traditional Cycladic architecture with modern comforts. Most of them have private balconies or terraces (depending on the floor level). Each room also comes with a buffet breakfast every morning!

Parīlio Design Hotels

Location: Livadia
User Ratings: 9.0 ⭐ (82 reviews)

A luxurious poolside view with an infinity-edge pool, surrounded by sun loungers and towering trees. The modern white buildings in the background feature arched doorways and sleek Cycladic architecture.

Parīlio Design Hotel is one of the most stylish boutique villas on the island, sitting right between Naoussa and the famous Kolymbithres Beach. It’s one of the most popular hotels in the area with a sleek, minimalist design and traditional Cycladic architecture, with earthy tones throughout the room.

Outside of the property’s 33 rooms, there’s a massive outdoor pool (uniquely shaped like a cross), a spa and fitness center, and a renowned restaurant on-site (Mr. E’s) that serves a creative take on Greek and Mediterranean flavors.

It’s an incredible place to go for a longer holiday or a honeymoon. If you’re simply trying to relax and rejuvenate in Paros but still want to be close to the best restaurants and beaches on the island, it’s the perfect place.

White Dunes Luxury Boutique Hotel

Location: Santa Maria
User Ratings: 9.4 ⭐ (117 reviews)

A bright, open lounge area with arched doorways, built-in white seating adorned with neutral-colored cushions, and a stylish pendant light and minimalist decor.

White Dunes Luxury Boutique Hotel is one of the best beachfront stays on Paros.

It’s a small, high-end boutique hotel with just 12 suites, so it always feels exclusive and quiet, yet you can still reach Naoussa in under 10 minutes.

The hotel sits right next to Santa Maria Beach, and all the rooms have panoramic sea views from private balconies or terraces. Guests particularly love the outdoor pool area with loungers and a poolside snack bar.

There’s also an on-site restaurant, Thallos, that makes it easy to eat if you don’t have your own rental car in Paros.

White Dunes is an excellent option if you’re looking for a stylish boutique hotel near the beach, and if you’re going all out, we would recommend the Exclusive Suite—it comes with its own private plunge pool!

Acron Villa

Location: Kolymbithres Beach
User Ratings: 9.4 ⭐ (123 reviews)

A breathtaking outdoor dining setup under a wooden pergola, overlooking a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and surrounding hills. A beautifully arranged breakfast table with fresh pastries, fruit, and juice enhances the luxurious ambiance.

Acron Villas is a super romantic collection of 24 estate villas perched on the hillside above Kolymbithres Beach. The whole property has incredible views of the bay and feels extremely private.

The villas range from 2 to 5 bedrooms, which is why we always recommend them to families or larger groups of friends traveling to Paros. The interior design features soft, neutral tones and natural materials that reflect the island’s atmosphere. Every villa also has its own private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas.

Ultimately, if you’re after a private, high-end stay with incredible sea views, Acron Villas delivers both space and luxury in one of the best locations on the island.

Olithos Villas

Location: Marcello Beach
User Ratings: 9.9 ⭐ (31 reviews)

A spacious modern living area with an open kitchen, large windows, and stylish decor. A cozy sectional sofa and wooden dining table create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Olithos Villas is a brand-new hillside retreat in Krotiri that offers one of the best sunsets on the island.

The complex consists of three independent villas—Omicron, Lambda, and Theta—each thoughtfully designed to provide privacy and a harmonious atmosphere. They can be booked individually or together.

The whole property has a minimalist yet elegant aesthetic and is exceptionally clean (both inside the rooms and throughout the common area).

We’re also certain that you’ll be well cared for, as almost every single review mentions the genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner, Ioanna.

Calme Boutique Hotel

Location: Golden Beach (Chisi Akti)
User Ratings: 9.6 ⭐ (121 reviews)

A tranquil, minimalist indoor seating area with a white sofa, stone walls, and an open doorway leading to a private terrace. Sun loungers outside offer a spectacular sea view under soft, golden light.

Calme Boutique Hotel is an adults-only retreat located near Chryssi Akti (Golden Beach) and is easily one of the most luxurious boutique hotels in Paros.

The hotel is built entirely from local stone, blending seamlessly into the Cycladic landscape. It is designed for privacy, seclusion, and a peaceful living experience. Most suites have their own private pool on a furnished terrace, and the on-site restaurant (Seven Senses) serves an à la carte gourmet breakfast made with organic ingredients every morning!

Golden Beach (Chryssi Akti Beach) is just 700 meters away. It’s one of our favorite beaches in Paros to sunbathe for the day, but it’s even more famous among wind and kite surfers. So, if you’ve always wanted to take a lesson, you can easily do that here!

Bohemian Luxury Boutique Hotel

Location: Naoussa
User Ratings: 9.1 ⭐ (286 reviews)

A stylish outdoor lounge area featuring woven rope sunshades, wicker chairs, and beige bean bag loungers around a serene pool. The Cycladic-style white buildings add to the hotel's chic and relaxed aesthetic.

Bohemian Luxury Boutique Hotel is an adults-only retreat in the heart of Naoussa, just steps from the Venetian Harbor and Castle. The hotel has a relaxed, artsy vibe that actually reminds us of some of our favorite places to stay in Bali.

Most of the rooms have private outdoor spaces overlooking the hotel pool, along with views of Naoussa’s whitewashed houses and harbor.

We love this spot for a luxury hotel at the heart of the action in Paros, and we also find it the perfect place to unwind in the afternoon at their all-day bar serving snacks and drinks right next to the pool.

Kameo Antiparos

Location: Antiparos
User Ratings: 9.8 ⭐ (58 reviews)

A serene evening poolside scene at a boutique hotel with modern white architecture and soft outdoor lighting. The glowing pool reflects the peaceful ambiance, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas.

There aren’t many boutique villas in Antiparos, but we did find one that’s well worth staying in for a night or two.

KAMEO Antiparos is an adults-only boutique hotel in the peaceful area of Agios Georgios (opposite the ferry port and across from Despotiko Island).

The stylish, secluded retreat offers incredible views of the coastline, and with just 7 suites, everything feels very exclusive. You can choose between Sea Front Suites, which come with private terraces facing the Aegean Sea, or the Bougainvillea Suite, which is a cozier suite tucked away from the others for extra privacy.

While it’s remote, the hotel is within walking distance of a few of the best restaurants on this side of Antiparos and just a 5-minute walk from the beach! It’s also easy to find sailing tours and boat rentals nearby if you want to get out on the water!

Want More Tips on Paros?

Choosing where to stay is one of the most crucial decisions you make when planning a trip to Paros, which is why it’s essential to conduct thorough research and select a hotel that you know will deliver a great experience.

That’s why we spent multiple days sifting through hundreds of boutique hotels on the island to come up with a list of places that are actually worth the price tag.

Fotilia Hotel probably has the location for a first-time visitor of all the boutique hotels on the list, but if I were coming on a honeymoon, I’d definitely try to stay in Calme Boutique Hotel.

We did the same thing for Naxos if you happen to be visiting both islands!)

We organized them by price point, but if you’re unfamiliar with the island and want to learn more about each area, this neighborhood guide to Paros will be extremely helpful!
