How it Works
- Pick your trip length and book. Choose the plan that matches your dates (or book a consultation if you just need a quick strategy call).
- Tell us about your trip. After booking, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire covering your dates, budget, travel style, and priorities. Couples vs. families, beach days vs. villages, relaxed vs. packed. The more we know, the better the plan.
- We build your itinerary. Every recommendation comes from firsthand experience. We plan your days, pick your hotels, map out your ferry routes, and flag the restaurants and activities that fit what you’re looking for.
- You get a complete plan you can book in 30 minutes. Your itinerary arrives as a PDF and a shared Google Doc with booking links for every hotel, ferry, and activity. No research rabbit holes. Just open, click, and book.

A short trip is the hardest kind to plan. Every day counts, and one bad call (a poorly located hotel, a missed ferry connection, a mediocre dinner) eats into time you can’t get back. We’ll build you a tight, realistic plan so nothing gets wasted.
4-8 Days
Delivered in 5-7 business days
This is the most common trip length for first-time visitors, and it’s the sweet spot for experiencing both islands without feeling rushed. We’ll structure your days so you get the right balance of beaches, villages, food, and downtime.
9-15 Days
Delivered in 10-14 business days
Nine days or more gives you real time to settle in and explore at your own pace. But more time also means more decisions, and more ways to get it wrong. We’ll build a plan that balances both islands without overpacking your schedule or leaving dead days.

Common Questions
What if my trip includes Athens or other islands?
Our plans cover Naxos and Paros specifically. If your trip includes time in Athens or on other islands, we can help you figure out how the Naxos and Paros portion fits into the bigger picture, but we won’t be planning your Athens days or Santorini stops. We stick to what we know.
Can I get a plan for just one island?
Absolutely. Plenty of people visit just Naxos or just Paros, and we’re happy to build a plan around that. The pricing stays the same since the level of detail and research is similar regardless.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your plan at least 3-4 weeks before your trip. That gives us time to deliver and gives you time to book hotels and ferries at the best rates. If you’re traveling in July or August, earlier is better since the best hotels fill up fast.
Do you book everything for me?
We don’t handle bookings directly. What we give you is a complete plan with direct booking links for every hotel, ferry, and activity. Most people can book everything in about 30 minutes. You stay in full control of your reservations and budget.
What if I need to change my dates after I get the plan?
Small date shifts usually don’t affect the itinerary structure much. If your dates change significantly, reach out and we’ll work with you to adjust the plan. Minor tweaks are covered under the follow-up Q&A that comes with every plan.
What’s the consultation credit?
If you book a $149 consultation and then decide you want a full trip plan, that $149 gets applied as a credit toward any 4-day or longer plan. So a $349 plan would cost you $200 after the credit. The credit is valid for 30 days after your consultation.
